This download allows you to export and save to the PDF and XPS formats in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs. It also allows you to send as e-mail attachment in the PDF and XPS formats in a subset of these programs. Specific features vary by program.

The 2007 Microsoft Office Add-in: Save as PDF or XPS allows you to export and save to the PDF and XPS formats in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs. The tool will also allow you to send as e-mail attachment in the PDF and XPS formats in a subset of these programs (specific features vary by program).

This download works with the following Office programs:

  • Microsoft Office Access 2007.
  • Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
  • Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007.
  • Microsoft Office OneNote 2007.
  • Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007.
  • Microsoft Office Publisher 2007.

System Requirements: Supported Operating Systems; Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows XP Service Pack 2.

Install Save as PDF or XPS add-in

  1. Close any open Office 2007 applications.
  2. Open your county share drive (ie: Z drive).
  3. Double Click the Computer Resources folder.
  4. Double Click the Install folder.
  5. Double Click the PDFmaker shortcut. Note: The installation should only take a few moments and the box will simply disappear. After the box has disappeared, to verify that the installation has completed.
  6. Go to Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, click Microsoft Office Word 2007.
  7. Select the Office button (upper left hand corner), go to Save As (don't click).
  8. In the selection box to the right, you should now see "PDF or XPS".
  9. Release the mouse or click Cancel if you chose PDF or XPS
